The owners of an East Perth apartment building contacted Mindy because they wanted their common areas to be cleaned fortnightly. Mindy met with the owners’ representative to go through the cleaning requirements and provide an accurate quote.
Once we understood what was needed, we provided a quote for a fortnightly clean of the common areas. The quote included the foyer, stairs, floors, carpets, and wiping and sanitising all the surfaces. The cost for cleaning the common areas was only $70 a fortnight, which is roughly $2 per week for each apartment owner.
